Charles (Chuck) Polzin DDS is committed to helping his patients achieve a healthy, happy smile. Chuck is a proud Wisconsin native and is an avid fan of Marquette and Bucks Basketball. He completed his dental training at Marquette Dental with honors in 2011. Chuck worked for Marshfield Clinic in Northern Wisconsin for three years after completing his surgical training at Gundersen Health in 2014. He completed his board certification in Oral Surgery in 2016. He is now happy to call Holmen his home being closer to his family and exceptional fly-fishing of the Coulee Region. Chuck has special interests in full mouth same day implant reconstruction otherwise known as teeth in a day as well as staying on the cutting edge of anesthesia/sedation techniques.
