Marcy is local to the Coulee Region and has worn many “hats” at CRIOS. She joined Dr. Durtsche after a rewarding position with Mayo Health System. Marcy is currently the office administrator for CRIOS handling everything from OSHA compliance to discussing patient treatment plans. When not at work Marcy enjoys traveling with friends and spending time with her children and grand-children.
Kailee is local to the Coulee Region and brings much experience to the team. She is currently our lead Insurance member. Kailee is very warm and welcoming. She is a wealth of knowledge and works hard to help our patients navigate the financial part of their care
Mandy was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She graduated in 2005 from Hermitage High. In 2013 she met a wonderful man and moved to Lacrosse, Wisconsin. Mandy attended Western Technical College and received her diploma in Dental Assisting in 2016. In 2017 she was welcomed to the CRIOS team. Her favorite parts about working in our office is being able to help implant patients and be part of a friendly and compassionate team. When she’s not at the office she enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling and spending time with significant other and her dog, Bubba. Mandy was recently promoted to Implant coordinator for Dr. Polzin.
Stacy began working with Dr’s Anderson and Durtsche in 1994. She has been the Implant Coordinator for 20+ years and is proficient with multiple implant systems. She is very familiar with the restorative as well as the surgical components. Not only is she the lead Implant Coordinator Stacy has functioned as surgical assistant for 25+ years. She enjoys helping patients have a pleasant and enjoyable experience at CRIOS. Stacy lives in Winona, Minnesota and has two children. When not at work Stacy enjoys time with family and rooting for the Vikings.

I joined Coulee Region Implant and Oral Surgery Center in 2015. I have recently taken on the role of continuing education coordinator for CRIOS and am also a surgical assistant. What I enjoy about working at CRIOS is how it allows me to pursue my passion in helping friends, family and the community here in the Coulee Region, have a positive and comfortable dental experience. It is a pleasure to be able to work with such a knowledgeable team that is committed to giving the best care possible.
Outside of work I love spending time relaxing with family and catching up with friends.
Matison joined our team in November 2019. She is from the small town of Caledonia, MN where she still resides. Matison spends all of her time trying to keep up with her spunky 6 year old, and her two large dogs, Stella and Oakley. When not welcoming patients into the office, Matison spends her time traveling with her family. She also loves to be outside, whether it be fishing, camping, boating, hunting, hiking, or chalking with her daughter.
Ashlyn is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She graduated from Western Technical College with honors and a diploma in Dental Assisting in 2019. Ashlyn is proud to be a part of the CRIOS team. In her free time, Ashlyn enjoys cuddles from her two cats, attending live music events and occasionally throwing on the potter’s wheel.
Josie is from Cashton, Wisconsin. She worked at Vernon Memorial Hospital Orthopedic department as a Surgical technician. We are fortunate that she made the decision to transfer to the Oral surgery world. Josie enjoys spending time with family, friends and her new puppy. We are also very proud to say that Josie is active with United States Army Reserves.
Payton is local to the Coulee Region and is familiar to the dental field, as his mother is a hygienist. Payton majored in Pre-dental studies and has been accepted to University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, starting Fall of 2020. Payton is a very hard worker and we will miss him when he leaves for school.
Jennelle is local to the Coulee Region. She has much experience in the dental field. We are grateful that she joined our team, she is a hard worker and very kind to our patients.
Paul originally joined our team in May of 2018 after working in pediatric dentistry. During his time off, he enjoys traveling around the United States. You can find him driving the east coast, or flying to any number of cities across the map. A little factoid about Paul is that he is an accomplished church organist.
